	Q: Do you make your liners?  A: Yes we make our liners at New Zealand, with first quality products and qualified  machinists. We value highly our reputation for reliability and excellent quality. Our customers remark on our speedy service no matter how small the order. Most importantly, we are proud that all our products are made in New Zealand by New Zealanders.
	Q: How wide is the Extra wide liner? A: The extra wide liner is 3 ft 9" wide (1.15 m). It is made from a width and a half of silk therefore it has a flat seam down the length of it. It is comfortable and well sewn. Silk is not made in the extra width.
	Q: Can you make about half of the side open?  A: There is no problem getting in and out of the liner as it is so wide. Having a side opening can sometimes be a bit of a pest as it gets tangled and caught underneath you. Also you will find that the liners act like a mosquito net for you, if you keep well inside them. Insects are not able to bite through the silk. But if this is what you want, we can make it for you.
	Q: What is a Endura silk liner? A: It is our coolest liner, made from habotai silk. This is because silk has a natural wicking property for moisture {sweat} and as the habotai is a little heavier  thus it wicks more sweat away from your skin than the finer silk. It is also our warmest liner used inside a sleeping bag as the silk is a heavier guage than the other silk liners.
	Q: In which colours are the Endura silk liners available? A: We have the endura silk liners available in all the colour combinations on our page plus white. The coloured liners  are hand dyed and  have a smudgy colour effect.They do cost more though.
	Q: I am travelling to the tropics and I need a liner to sleep in. Will I be too hot in a silk liner? A: I doubt that there is any other fabric which is cooler to sleep in than pure silk. It is a protein material like wool and has the property of being able to keep you cooler in warm conditions and warmer in cold conditions just as wool has the same properties. Also the silk covering gives you some protection from mosquitoes as they do not like biting through pure silk. Our Endura silk liner wicks away more moistue than the finer silk liner.
	Q: I am not very tall  do you have a shorter model liner? A: Yes we can make any silk liner to your own personal  dimensions. Just send us an email with your specifications and we will send you a quote.
	Q: Why do you recommend pure silk sleeping bag liners? A: Pure Silk  helps to keep you cool in humid conditions as it is able to wick some moisture away from your skin, depending on the weight of the silk. On the other hand it helps greatly to keep you warm in very cold conditions and can upgrade the warmth of your sleeping bag. In addition to this it is easily washable and keeps the inside of your sleeping bag clean.
	Our Customers tell us that the addition of an endura silk sleeping bag liner increases the warmth of their sleeping bag to the warmth of close to 10 degrees Fahrenheit (5-6 C) . ...upgrades the warmth to the next level of sleeping bag. When the nights are  warm many sleep using only the liner.

	Q: I am interested in purchasing one of your sleeping bags.  However, I do not feel comfortable sending out credit information in an e-mail.  Can  payment be made in any other way, such as mailing a check or money order, or phoning in a credit card number? A: We have a secure server on our web page so that when you send your credit card information no one else can access it. However if you do not feel comfortable with this then the best way to send the information to us is to send it by fax. Our fax number is 64 3 3277191. The best way to go about it is to print out the order page and then fill it all in and then fax it to us. We have a fax on our phone line. If you hear someone answer the phone just press the "send" button on your fax machine.  No one else can read your information . The other way is to send a telegraphic bank transfer but this is an expensive way to go about it.
	Q: How do you send the products? A: We ship First Class airmail free of charge all over the world. For small orders we use airmail post and for larger orders we use DHL door to door. The order is insured also free to you.
	Q: What are the shipping cost? A: We ship first class airmail all over the world free of charge
	Q: How long does the order take to arrive ?  A: Usually it takes about a week to North America from when we post your order. Sometimes 10 days if the weekend slows up shipment.movements.
	Q:What happeens if I have left it too late and need my order sooner than 7 to 10 days? A: We can send the order by Express mail which arrives in 3 business days. However this is not free for you   Unfortunately we have to charge you an extra $23 US.
