The natural silk has a wonderful ability to wick moisture away from baby's sensitive skin. The natural sericin impregnated in the silk fibers is a creamy wax exuded by the silkworm and acts like a soothing lotion applied to the skin. It is also said to have an anti bacterial action.

Hold soiled liner by one corner and flush solids down the lavatory then wash and rinse with a teaspoon of vinegar in the rinsing water. Dry away from heat. Do not iron.
