OUR COMPANY
We specialise in a niche area,
marketing under the brand “Jag Bags”. We make moneybelts, neck pouches,
bed sheets and pillow cases and twenty different bag liners, all made from
pure natural fibres of silk or cotton. We also make to our customers’ own
specifications.
We export our sleeping bag
liners to Europe where many find their way into expeditions to the Arctic,
Antarctic and to the Himalayas.
COMPANY HISTORY
Jackie Gardiner Batiks Ltd
is a family company which has a background of four generations participating
in outdoor life, camping, hunting and trout fishing in New Zealand. We
have been involved in the manufacturing of silk sleeping bag liners for
11 years supplying outdoor retailers in New Zealand and a distributor in
Europe. The company was formed in 1988.
